Insurance Information

Insurance is offered to US residents attending through our partners at Allianz. We highly recommend purchasing insurance. Insurance must be purchased through the quote provided in an email directly from Allianz. Or you may use the Allianz form to generate a quote. If your trip is cancelled under covered policy reasons 100% of trip cost can be refunded through insurance claims.
Insurance purchase is required to be made within the week of the day of the initial deposit in order to receive pre-existing condition coverage.

Guests who opt to decline insurance will be solely responsible for any and all fees if a cancellation, interruption, or delay occurs, no matter what the reason is. No refunds will be issued for a reduction in room category, the number of nights, or the number of people in party.
Insurance for international travelers must be purchased from your country of origin. ​​
